What changed: Gemini Notebook is now available as a Connected App in the Gemini app. Users can type @Gemini Notebook in a Gemini chat to create notebooks, add sources, save key notes, or retrieve information from existing notebooks using natural language.

All Google Workspace customers, Workspace Individual subscribers, and users with personal Google accounts are in scope.

For businesses using Gemini Notebook, this means notebook content can now be managed and queried directly from the Gemini chat window using natural language.
What to do
Admins can control access via the Gemini and Gemini Notebook access settings in the Admin console; users can manage it under Settings > Connected Apps in the Gemini app. Since the feature is on by default outside the European Economic Area, turn it off there if not wanted.

Available now in Rapid Release and Scheduled Release domains.
