This page sets out how the work moves from the first call to handover and beyond, who is responsible for what, and what we need from you.
How the work flows
First call
We listen to what you do, where things stand and what is bothering you. If we are not the right fit, we say so.
Scope
We put in writing what will be done, what is out of scope, the deliverables and the approval steps.
Build and production
We prepare the website, content, ads or software. We use our in-house production infrastructure to speed up drafts.
Review and approval
We show you the work. Before anything goes live, the person named in the scope approves it.
Handover and ongoing work
We hand over the work with access details and usage notes. For ongoing work we continue with regular maintenance and reports.
Who does what
You
You know your business best. You set the goal, provide the brand details and make the final call; you or someone you name approves what goes live.
Your responsible person at Castintech
Your counterpart. They run the scope, keep in touch with you, check the work and are responsible for delivery.
AI-assisted tools
Tools in our in-house production infrastructure. They prepare drafts and speed up repetitive tasks; they don’t write to you on their own or make decisions.
How we keep in touch
We prefer e-mail so there is a written record. For short questions and quick approvals you can use our WhatsApp line.
At the start we agree together which channel is used for what and how often reports arrive.

What we need from you
- One person who can make decisions
- Logo, brand colours and any existing images
- Business-specific content such as product, service and price details
- Access to the accounts involved (domain, social media, ad account)
- Timely feedback on drafts
- For advertising, an ad budget separate from our service fee
