This page explains how to send us a request about deleting your personal data.

E-mail [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request", or call or message us on WhatsApp at +90 532 484 72 92.

What you can include

To help us look into your request, you can include your name, the channel you used to contact us (web form, e-mail, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or Telegram) and the e-mail address, phone number or username you used on that channel. For a specific conversation or form submission, its approximate date helps.

After your request

We look into your request and let you know which steps can be taken and which records have to be kept by law. We may ask for more information to make sure the request is yours.

If you contacted us through a website form

What you sent through the forms is kept as a record in our internal request system. You can send a request about that record as described above.

If you wrote to us on social media

You can use the same route for a message or comment you wrote to a business's social media account. We cannot act on the copy held by the platform where you posted it (for example Instagram); you may need to delete it there separately.

You can remove an app's access to your account in your Facebook or Instagram settings. Doing so does not replace a separate request about the records we hold.

Data left in your browser

Your cookie choice and any campaign details are stored in your browser. You can remove them yourself by clearing the data your browser stores for this site. Campaign details only reach us with your request if you submit a form.
