Our main product

From being found to closing the sale, in one system

We bring scattered channels into one flow of work: leads stop getting lost, the path from ad to sale becomes visible, and the same system grows as the business grows. Website, search & AI visibility, ads, measurement, the AI Sales Assistant, CRM and revenue reporting all work as one.

What changes

  • Scattered channels join one flow

Website, ads, social, WhatsApp and phone feed the same lead flow instead of sitting on separate islands.

  • Leads stop getting lost

Every message is recorded and gets an owner and a stage. “Who was handling this?” stops being a question.

  • The path from ad to sale is visible

Where a lead came from, which campaign it came through and whether it became a proposal or a sale all sit in one place.

  • You can see where customers or money leak out

The report shows which link in the chain drops: traffic, leads, proposals or closing.

  • The system grows with the business

New channels, languages, markets and integrations are added on top of the same structure instead of starting again.

The chain

Traffic → lead → qualified lead → proposal → sale → revenue.

Castintech builds the whole chain and connects it: each step passes its data on to the next.

Seven layers

  1. Digital experience

The website is not a shop window; it is where the system converts.

    • Custom interface and user experience
    • Mobile-first, works on every screen
    • Conversion-first page architecture and landing pages
    • Forms, WhatsApp and phone entry points
    • Multilingual structure
    • SSL, CDN, fast loading
    • Staging and safe deployment
    Website design and build
  2. Search & AI visibility

A structured digital presence so you can be found on Google and in AI-based search. SEO, AEO, GEO and AIO under one roof.

    • Technical SEO, indexing and crawlability
    • Content architecture and topical authority
    • Structured data (schema) and entity definition
    • Internal linking and metadata
    • Answer-ready content in question-and-answer form
    • Multilingual SEO and hreflang
    • Search Console setup and monitoring

We do not guarantee any ranking or appearance in search engines or AI answers. Nobody can.

  3. Measurement & attribution

Not a traffic report: tracking set up to measure the chain from lead to revenue.

    • GA4 and Google Tag Manager
    • Google Ads and Meta conversion tracking
    • Form, WhatsApp, phone and button events
    • Event naming standard and UTM rules
    • Lead source and campaign attribution
    • Cookie consent and data quality
    Sales follow-up and tracking
  4. Acquisition

Google Ads and Meta Ads, managed on the cost of a qualified lead rather than the cost of a click.

    • Account and campaign structure
    • Conversion and audience setup
    • Remarketing
    • Keyword and negative keyword management
    • Budget management and creative testing
    • Landing page optimisation

Ad spend is not included in our fee; it is paid from your own ad account.

    Ad management
  5. AI Sales Assistant

The layer that records every message coming in from digital channels and drafts the replies and questions that help you understand the need. Your team qualifies the lead from the information it confirms and moves it into the sales process. Someone on your team approves every reply that goes to a customer.

    • Records every incoming message and drafts a reply
    • Prepares question drafts for the need, product, budget, timing and priority
    • Uses a conversation approach suited to the product or service
    • Helps keep the information your team confirms in one customer record
    • Supports qualifying the lead, giving it an owner and following it up in the CRM
    • Makes gathering pre-proposal details and later follow-up easier

It never messages a customer on its own: someone on your team approves every reply that goes out. Your team makes the final call when a lead is qualified. It sets no prices, makes no commercial commitments it hasn’t been authorised to make, and does not replace your sales team.

    Customer response
  6. CRM & revenue pipeline

Every lead has an owner, a stage and an outcome.

    • New lead → Contacted → Qualified → Opportunity → Proposal → Negotiation → Won / Lost
    • Lead source and campaign
    • Company, contact and the product or service of interest
    • Expected value, budget and timing
    • Sales owner, proposal value and status
    • Reason for lost deals and actual revenue
  7. Reporting

The executive dashboard starts from revenue, not from visits.

    • Ad spend, leads and qualified leads
    • Cost per lead and per qualified lead
    • Number and value of proposals
    • Deals won and revenue
    • Lead-to-proposal and proposal-to-sale conversion
    • Customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROAS and revenue attribution

How we build it

Not everything at once — we start where the loss is biggest

The setup goes through the same stages in every business, but the order follows your situation. We don’t promise timelines or outcomes; we put in writing what we will do and what we will measure.

  1. Current state and data map

We map your website, ad accounts, message channels, forms, sales follow-up, orders and pre-accounting together, and see what is recorded and where the record breaks.

  2. The biggest leak

We agree which break in the chain the first investment should fix. In some businesses that is not advertising but unanswered messages.

  3. Lead capture and ownership

Forms, WhatsApp, phone and messages join one flow; every lead gets a record, an owner and a stage.

  4. Sales and operations connections

Proposals, follow-up, orders, online store or pre-accounting are connected as needed — in order, not all at once.

  5. Measurement and a working rhythm

We put in writing who follows which signal, how often the report is read and how the system keeps improving.

Who it fits

If this sounds like you, you’re in the right place

  • Companies running ads without seeing how many leads become sales
  • Businesses where the website, social, WhatsApp and sales follow-up work separately
  • Teams that reply late or inconsistently to incoming enquiries
  • Anyone moving data by hand between an online store, CRM, orders and pre-accounting
  • Businesses that want to grow but don’t know which system to start with
  • Companies that already have digital pieces working and want them joined up

When it’s early

Sometimes something else comes first

  • If the product or service itself isn’t settled yet: let’s talk about that first, the system later.
  • If nobody is available to handle incoming leads: the system brings them in, a person still answers.
  • If you only want one piece (just a site, or just ads): we do those on their own; the Revenue System isn’t required.
  • If the decision and budget sit with another organisation and will take time: starting with a smaller scope is the better move.

We say so plainly in the first call; we don’t sell a scope that doesn’t fit.

Levels

Start at the scope that fits you

There are five starting levels, all part of the same chain: a system that starts small and grows into the next level as the need grows. We work out which one fits in the discovery call.

  1. Widest scope

    Revenue Full Scope

The whole chain, run as an ongoing operation

    Who it’s for
Companies taking leads from several channels, with a sales team and a growing number of markets.
    Where it starts
With a current-state and data map, then the weakest link in the chain.
    First visible result
Lead source becomes visible: which channel, which campaign, which owner.
    Scope
    • Custom, multilingual, multi-market website
    • Search & AI visibility
    • Google Ads and Meta Ads
    • GA4/GTM and revenue attribution
    • AI Sales Assistant and qualification
    • CRM, pipeline and proposal flow
    • Executive dashboard and multi-channel reporting
    • Advanced integrations and ongoing operations
  2. Revenue Advanced

The setup that turns leads into sales opportunities

    Who it’s for
Businesses getting leads while follow-up still lives in spreadsheets and phones.
    Where it starts
With lead capture and ownership: forms, messages and CRM records joined into one flow.
    First visible result
Every lead has an owner and a stage; none is left unattended.
    Scope
    • Everything in Growth System
    • AI Sales Assistant and qualification
    • CRM, pipeline and proposal stage
    • Revenue dashboard and advanced attribution
    • 3–5 integrations
    • Advanced automation
  3. Growth System

    Steady lead generation

    Who it’s for
Businesses with a site but not enough leads, running ads without measurement.
    Where it starts
With measurement and landing pages, then ads and visibility.
    First visible result
You can see in the report which page and which campaign brings leads.
    Scope
    • Everything in Digital Presence
    • Search & AI visibility
    • Advanced tracking and landing pages
    • Google Ads, Meta Ads, remarketing
    • Conversion optimisation and dashboard
    • Basic AI Sales Assistant and lead automation
  4. Digital Presence

    A measurable digital presence

    Who it’s for
Businesses with an outdated site or no measurement set up at all.
    Where it starts
With the web experience and basic measurement.
    First visible result
Visits, form and WhatsApp actions are recorded from day one.
    Scope
    • A fuller website with a custom interface
    • Multilingual-ready structure
    • SEO foundation
    • Analytics and conversion tracking
    • Hosting and maintenance
    • Basic visibility
  5. Digital Starter

    An entry-level professional site

    Who it’s for
New businesses, or anyone who needs one service explained properly.
    Where it starts
    With a small single-language site.
    First visible result
A site people can find, with a working form and WhatsApp.
    Scope
    • A professional website with a limited number of pages, one language
    • Responsive build and basic performance
    • Basic SEO and structured data
    • GA4, Search Console, basic conversion tracking
    • Form and WhatsApp
    • SSL and hosting setup

    Not in this level

    • Full search & AI visibility
    • Multiple languages
    • Ad management
    • AI Sales Assistant, CRM and qualification
    • Revenue attribution and custom integrations

The fee is set out in a written quote once the scope has been agreed in the discovery call.

  • Third-party software licences
  • ERP, CPQ or mobile app development
  • Call-centre staff on your behalf

Responsibility and follow-up

How do we follow the result together?

  • The scope is written down

What we own and what you own is listed in the quote. Work outside it is priced separately, never added quietly.

  • The accounts are yours

Ad accounts, domain, analytics and CRM are opened in your name. We hold access while we work; if we part ways, the setup stays with you.

  • The measurement can be audited

You can see which event fires where and which conversion is credited to which source; we don’t just tell you a number.

  • The report is regular

Leads, qualified leads, proposals and won deals move through the same report. A bad month shows up in it too.

  • We don’t give guarantees

No guarantees on rankings, reach, response times or sales growth. We commit to the setup, the measurement and the improvement work.

Frequently asked questions

About the Revenue System

What if our budget doesn’t stretch to the widest scope?

We set the scope to the need: you start at the level that fits and the system grows over time. We don’t offer the same work for less; we propose the work that makes sense now.

Does the AI Sales Assistant replace my sales team?

No. It records the incoming message and drafts replies and questions; the qualification decision, proposals, prices and negotiation stay with your team. Someone on your team approves every reply sent to a customer.

Do you guarantee we will appear on Google or in ChatGPT?

No. Nobody can guarantee rankings or appearances in AI answers. We build the technical and content structure that makes you easier to find, and we measure the result.

Is ad spend included?

No. The budget paid to Google and Meta comes from your own ad account; our fee is shown separately in the quote.

We already use a CRM. Do we have to switch?

No. We look at what your current CRM can integrate with and connect it if it fits. That gets settled in the discovery call.

First conversation

Let’s work out which level fits you.

Tell us your priority in three short steps, then we go through your current website, ads and sales process, your CRM and your goals. At the end we recommend in writing which level makes sense to start with.

Cookies and measurement

Apart from what the site needs to work, measurement or advertising tags only run if you allow them. No measurement tags are active on this site right now. Details
