What changed: KOSGEB restructured its Entrepreneur Support Program into three core mechanisms: Business Establishment Support, Business Development Support, and Business Development Interest/Profit Share Support. Establishment Support is a continuous, non-repayable support, while Development Support runs as a call-based, repayable support.
Who is affected
All businesses operating in KOSGEB-supported sectors can apply for Business Establishment Support. Business Development Support is open to businesses in Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Computer programming/consultancy, IT infrastructure/data processing/hosting, and Scientific research and development.
What it means for your business
For newly established businesses in KOSGEB-supported sectors, this means access to repayable support of up to 2 million 250 thousand TL (at an 80% support rate) for personnel, machinery, equipment and service-purchase costs, plus non-repayable support during the setup phase.
What to do
Businesses in eligible sectors seeking Business Development Support should submit their application to KOSGEB between 12-31 October 2026 and verify their sector and entrepreneur eligibility. Consult your accountant or legal adviser before acting on this.
When it takes effect
Business Development Support's 2026 3rd-round applications run from 12 October to 31 October 2026; Business Establishment Support applications are accepted continuously.
