What changed: TÜBİTAK's TEYDEB opened the 5th call of the Innowwide programme, which funds market feasibility projects for innovative SMEs assessing the technical and commercial viability of their products, processes or services in non-European target markets; the 70 highest-scoring projects will receive grants of up to €60,000 per project at a 70% support rate.
Who is affected
Innovative SMEs established on or before 1 December 2024 that have not previously received Innowwide support and partner with a local stakeholder in Africa, the Americas, Asia or the Pacific.
What it means for your business
For SMEs applying under Innowwide, this means selecting a target country, partnering with a local stakeholder, running a feasibility study of up to six months, and covering any project costs above €60,000 from their own resources.
What to do
Select a target region/country and local partner, have the partner sign the commitment on the SmartSimple platform, and submit your application through a legally authorized company representative by 1 December 2026, 14:00 CET. Consult your accountant or legal adviser before acting on this.

The call opened on 1 October 2026; the application deadline is 1 December 2026 at 14:00 CET.
